SHIPPING POLICY

We ship freshly baked, handmade cookies across Ireland. Shipping costs are €6 per parcel, with delivery times between 3–7 business days depending on location. Cookies are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. Please note: shipping times may vary due to busy periods (e.g., holidays) or unforeseen courier delays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

PICKUP POLICY

​Local pickup is available in Wexford for customers seeking a convenient and cost-saving option. Orders can be picked up the same day if cookies are already baked, or the next day for fresh bakes or custom requests. Pickup is by appointment during our business hours, and you will receive pickup instructions upon purchase. Please arrive on time to ensure your cookies are handed off at their freshest! 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All cookies are handmade fresh to order, so processing times typically take 1–2 business days before they are ready for shipping or pickup. If an order includes customization or a large batch for special occasions, extra preparation time may apply. We strive to keep you updated on your order status and will notify you as soon as it’s on its way or ready for collection. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, returns are not accepted. However, we strive for 100% satisfaction! If your cookies arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request proof, such as a photo, to assess the issue. CUSTOMISATION POLICY

We offer customization options, including personalized gift messages, cookie flavors, and special occasion packaging. Please allow 1–3 extra days for custom orders, depending on complexity. There may be additional fees based on the request. Custom orders are final and cannot be altered after confirmation, so please review your details carefully before placing your order. PAYMENT POLICY

We accept payments via major debit/credit cards and PayPal. All payments must be completed during checkout to confirm your order. For larger custom or bulk orders, partial payments may be accepted upon request. Your payment information is securely processed, and we do not store sensitive financial details. CHANGES TO ORDERS

Changes to orders, such as modifying a delivery address, adjusting pickup times, or altering items, must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped or prepared for pickup, we cannot accommodate modifications. Please double-check your details before checkout.
